2016 will likely go down as the year where fact checking in real time was needed to keep candidates honest and people would take any article seen on social media as fact. The Presidential election proved to be as dramatic as its billing. A knight in rusty armor with no experience and questionable character rode into Washington on the back of a disgruntled nation with promises he cannot keep. One thing is for certain, we could use a savior, but the job is far too big for any mortal being. Benjamin Franklin renowned for great wisdom was convinced that great nations are those who recognize “God governs in the affairs men.” He validated his statement with this Bible verse, “If it is not the Lord who builds a house, the builders are wasting their time. The Truth About Racial Tension:
Not long ago in a large Midwest City, a self-proclaimed Jew-hater walked into a Jewish community center where he shot and killed three people. His motivation, “I hate Jews. ”This incident along with recent attacks against innocent police officers is a sure sign of increasing racial tension and the degeneration of civilized man. 250,000 racially related hate crimes happen every year in the US alone. The Truth About ISIS:
ISIS is an acronym for Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. Others refer to the jihad’s cult as ISIL; the meaning is the same. Instead of using specific states the word Levant (territory) is used. The civil war in Syria provided ISIS the opportunity to establish a stronghold in northern Syria uniting it with captured real estate in northern Iraq to form the so-called Islamic state. Read more…
