Is AI the Antichrist System?

The term “antichrist” is used only four times in the Bible. It identifies the man that will rule a powerful 10-nation coalition at the end of the age. His federation will rise from the once mighty Roman Empire. His rule will last only 7 years but it will be the most turbulent time ever recorded in human history. The term “spirit of antichrist” is a much larger problem. It has been prevalent in the world since Adam's transgression. Turn on your phone, your PC, or your TV and you will see the spirit of antichrist at work today.  “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”(1 John 4:3) Christians believe Jesus Christ is the son of God who came in the flesh to die on the cross for the sake of sinful mankind. There are estimated to be just over 2 billion Christians worldwide. That leaves roughly 6 billion people that follow the spirit of the antichrist today. The age will end when Jesus returns to earth for the second time to defeat the forces of the antichrist and bind the spirit of the antichrist for a millennium. The spirit of the antichrist is sustained by a countless force of spirit beings led by Lucifer the fallen archangel. Better known as Satan, he is the ruthless enemy of God and the present proxy ruler of Earth.

Satan's plan to duplicate the Trinity is a feeble effort to make himself appear as the eternal god of the earth. Many people will accept this final act of unrighteous desperation before Jesus returns to put down the insurgence. “God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”(2 Thes 2:9-12) The actors in this diabolical scheme will include the man antichrist, the false prophet, and the super autonomous computer system used to control the financial network of the people. The man antichrist is a strong-man dictator that rises out of war-torn Europe and manages to control ten nations through force. He allows Satan to manipulate every thought and move he makes to overthrow God.   “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish.”(Thes 2: 9:12) The antichrist is also called the son of perdition (son of Hell)  “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition who opposeth and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. ”(Thes 2:3-4)

The second member of the cabal is called a prophet. He will be the religious leader and spokesman of the regime demanding the people worship the antichrist. “ And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”(Rev. 13:12) He will do miracles with lying signs and wonders. “And he doeth great wonders so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,  And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had the power to do, saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.”(Rev.13:14) Both the false prophet and the antichrist are separate beings controlled by Satan in pursuit of the same goal. Keep in mind these individuals are not supernatural they have no creative ability. Only God has supernatural power. Jesus demonstrated that power in his earthly ministry through the Holy Spirit. Satan has no creative power he can only deceive. None of the three can do authentic miracles. Their only weapon is deception. They will fool a naive populous

The antichrist will suffer a fatal wound but has a miraculous recovery. Once again the event is strangely familiar to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Antichrist will not come to power until the church (true believers) is taken out of the way, an event referred to as the rapture. “ And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.  For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let until he is taken out of the way.”(2 Thes.2:6-7) The reign of antichrist begins the 7 missing years of tribulation. The Antichrist will make a covenant with Israel to protect her from her enemies. At the end of three and a half years, he will enter the Temple of God declaring himself to be god.  At this point, something happens to the man antichrist, he has stirred the wrath of God. He becomes only an image of himself and the image is given life and a voice to speak through the image and force the people to worship the image or be killed. “And he had the power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”(Rev.13:15) The false prophet had all the necessary technical tools to create the image of a man who died and then was resurrected. “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”(Rev. 13:12) To hold captive and control the entire population, the regime would need a technical system that could manage the task. “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or their foreheads  And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”(Rev.13:16-17) Enter AI the technical superpower of the 21st. century. AI can generate images that speak, move and converse with amazing clarity. It can read and assimilate information through cyberspace without the need for a programmer. It can collect and store all knowledge necessary to control the human race. Without a doubt, AI is the final piece of the puzzle used by Satan to overthrow the Rule of God on earth.

The effort fails, neither Satan nor AI is a match for Jesus Christ upon his return. If you are a Christian the 7 missing years of tribulation have nothing to do with you. Christians are raptured before the 6 billion non-believers face the wrath of God. Until then it is our responsibility to warn an unsuspecting world of what lies just ahead.
