Only Believe What You Can Observe
The simple explanation of science is the study of all things. Webster defines science as the state of knowing; for example, there is such a thing as the science of baseball. We are more likely to recognize science as the more complex subjects like astrophysics. Point is, science is just a path to knowledge. By itself, science is principled, in the hands of unscrupulous men science is corruptible. When the stain of sin corrupted the creation God could no longer influence His creation with supreme knowledge, so science became man's effort to find a God they do not know. “My people are destroyed because they have no knowledge. You priests have refused to learn, so I will refuse to let you be priests for me. You have forgotten the law of your God, so I will forget your children.” (Hos.4:6) We are the children of the final generations and science is rapidly becoming the god of our age. Most progressive science is theoretical and cannot be observed or relied on, however, it is often presented as factual.
With any learning experience, facts are what we rely on. Webster's definition of facts: a matter of objective reality! Theories can be questioned, whereas facts are irrefutable. Theories can be politicized and used as misleading assumptions to guide people in the wrong direction. Facts, on the other hand, are observable and cannot be manipulated. When science is used to discredit the knowledge of God it clearly demonstrated the anti-Christ sentiment that prevails today. Since faith is not observable and since it takes faith to please God the question of faith and fact seems contradictory. Faith is a part of the nature we are born with. “God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.”(Ro.12:3) Meaning all people are born with an inherent knowledge of God. More notably, God can be observed and understood by the things He has made. “Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:(Ro.1:19-20) If you have ever taken a road trip and noticed the design in the skyline of a large city you intuitively know the city was man-made without seeing the man. The same can be said of God if on the same trip you visit a national park and see the wonderful continuity of creation you know it was God made without seeing God personally.
The term “follow the science” has become the mantra of the modern generation. It is a Hell inspired effort to exchange the knowledge of God with the science of man. The best way to see through this deception is to take a walk in the park and see what God has made and only believe what you can observe.
